Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is reportedly planning to sanction the sale of France international Paul Pogba this summer.

The 25-year-old rejoined the Red Devils in the summer of 2016 in the club’s record fee of about £89 million, but his performances at the club has led to him starting seven of his last 11 matches on the bench.

Though, Pogba put up an impressive performance that helped his side claim a 3-2 win over Manchester City in their Premier League derby at the Etihad Stadium over a week ago.

However, his inconsistency has made his coach run out of patience, and would be ready to sell him in a bid to sign more productive players ahead of the coming season.

His return from Juventus was expected help United get back to their best, but regardless of some brilliant performances, is not delivering what he was bought to provide.

Having won the man of the match award over his performance against Manchester City, a week ago, his next game against West Bromwich Albion was shocking as they were beaten at Old Trafford 1-0 by the struggling side.

The Red Devils academy graduate has fallen out of favour with his manager, as Scott McTominay, Marouane Fellaini and Ander Herrera are considered first before him.
